BMW 1.16i odor problem

Since June 2017, I have been experiencing odor problems with my BMW 116.i sportline, which I bought from BMW authorized seller in June 2013.

In June 2017, I brought my car to the service and asked the authorized seller and service partner to fix the odor problem. The sharp odor stayed same since 2017. In 2019 February, they called for a general fix and again I brought my car to service. In addition, I asked them to fix the continuing odor problem. They shared a “PUMA” report yet they changed the microfilter saying it may be the reason.
